Free Intro Friday & Six week Session!

Free intro class on Friday, Nov 4th 2022 - 5:30 - 6:30pm

Six  week session begins Sunday Nov. 13th -12:15-1:30pm to Dec 18th 2022


The Friday intro class will give you a taste of what the six weeks session will be about.

The six week session, because I teach all my classes in sessions,  begins November 13.

The first half of class will be centered around resistance training using bands and light weights and then the second half will be stretching it all back out. It will also include some meditation type stuff. I consider myself an alignment practitioner so everything will have a focus on using proper form and alignment.

There will also be a 20 minute sequence that I post in our private group for you to do for the first three weeks and then I will update that at the four week mark. I will also post 1 or 2, 15 minute sequences to incorporate at home with a recovery and deep stretch focus.

What you need:

Yoga mat

Resistance bands

Small set of weights (3-5lbs)
