Yoga With Chalee

The six week session

The first half of class will be centered around resistance training using bands and light weights and then the second half will be stretching it all back out. It will also include some meditation type stuff. I consider myself an alignment practitioner so everything will have a focus on using proper form and alignment.

There will also be a 20 minute sequence that I post in our private group for you to do for the first three weeks and then I will update that at the four week mark. I will also post 1 or 2, 15 minute sequences to incorporate at home with a recovery and deep stretch focus.

What you need:

Yoga mat

Resistance bands

Small set of weights (3-5lbs)
